Avoid using fabric softener (it can damage elastane fibers)
Do not bleach

Do not tumble dry (this can damage elastane fibers)
Air dry only
If needed, iron the garment inside out on a cool setting or use a steamer (only if absolutely necessary, though it’s not recommended)
